These rules constitute a public offer formed when the Customer submits an application and serve as an integral part of this Agreement. The public offer includes the Contractor’s conditions for processing applications. The offer is accepted by the Customer upon submitting an application, clearly demonstrating intent to conduct a transaction under these terms. Application details, including date and time, are automatically generated upon submission. The offer must be accepted within 24 hours of the application creation. The Agreement comes into force upon receipt of the cryptocurrency amount indicated in the application from the Customer. Transactions are recorded according to cryptocurrency network rules. The Agreement remains effective from the application submission until terminated by either party. By using the Contractor's services, the Customer confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
The Contractor agrees to perform cryptocurrency exchange transactions for a commission after receiving an application from the Customer. The Contractor sells cryptocurrency to other users at rates not lower than those indicated by the Customer and transfers funds to the specified details. Any profits resulting from exchange rate differences belong to the Contractor as an additional benefit and commission.
- 5.1. If the amount received by the Contractor differs from that specified in the application, the Contractor recalculates based on the actual received amount. If the amount exceeds the application sum by more than 10%, the Contractor reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally, returning funds minus applicable transaction fees.
- 5.2. If funds are not sent by the Contractor within 24 hours to the Customer's specified details, the Customer may request termination and refund according to the Refund Policy on the Contractor’s website. Refunds are processed within 24 hours upon receiving a valid termination request unless delays occur beyond the Contractor’s control.
- 5.3. If funds are not received from the Customer within the specified period, the Agreement is automatically terminated. Any late funds received will be returned to the Customer minus transaction fees.
- 5.4. The Contractor is not responsible for delays caused by payment networks or systems. All related claims must be directed to the respective payment provider, with the Contractor providing necessary assistance.

- 5.11. If third parties request personal data or passwords, Customers must promptly contact the Contractor's support team.
- 5.12. Customers must provide an accurate email for password resets and immediately inform support upon suspicion of unauthorized access.
- 5.13. Customers must disable browser functions that store personal data to prevent unauthorized access.
The Contractor guarantees provided services for 24 hours following transaction completion unless otherwise stated.
